So management tells us they care. They tell us they want to give us tools to do our jobs. They tell us things will be different and better. Nothing has changed. More metrics, less support in client services, more hoops to get things done. Still don't have 1QTR comp plan. Still not paid 4QTR bonus... please tell me why I should stay???????
 


We were supposed get PAID out Q4 bonus in Feb now they tell us to wait.
They are going to cut the comp plan in half I bet and not pay us what we earned.
Yes, it's time to interview.

Where's our payout? where's our comp plan? Where is our NY license for Thyroid and coverage?

What does Greg do that doesn't involve taking credit for what Gary, Peter, or Jeff did?

Greg you should obviously stay for all of those meals you stuff into your fat flabby face on the company's time and dime. Never met a more pompous windbag and worthless lab "exec"!

Listen up Jack! Due to his lack of intelligence and reluctance to really understand our business (combined with a degree of entitlement and laziness) Greg will continue to torpedo this company. Why wait? Get rid of him. He costs more to keep than the severance to break his contract and dump him.
