SAMs and MDLs do not work, I agree

Why do we keep them? I’m good friends with a lot of them but they do not work
Look, we all know you applied for both jobs and didn't get either. You're probably mad because you haven't been promoted for years after doing good work.

If you're wondering why you missed thr promotion, think about why you're making all these posts you're making. You have maturity issues, even at your age, and it does shine through in real life.

It’s not about a promotion, it is about efficiency and cutting cost to boost my stock and 401k. I will say, we can also lose some reps and managers. Move to three SDs each with 10 direct reports. Did I not get one of these roles as well? I’m honest about our structure. Others should do the same. Stop the madness.

Ha...you didn't mention the other roles because you never tried for a promotion into one of those.

Here's the thing. Kevin's promise to Wallstreet is high unrealistic growth numbers for the next two years, not profit. Growth is what the stock price is based on.

Kevin's promise to Wall Street is the expectation of profit as a result of growth. Growth is meaningless if you can't turn a profit, which ES can't. 10 years post CG launch, no profit, no innovation, no new tests. Nothing. The automation meant to lower costs still isn't fully operational and suffers lots of problems a year later.. It's obvious Kevin just doesn't care. Everyone is falling over themselves to get promoted in a failing company. There is literally no talent left at ES, if there ever was to begin with.

Exactly- growth numbers won't be hit, nor will profits.

This company has never succesfully launched a product other than the first version of CG, which had an enormous need because of quality metrics with no competition. And all the other product KC talks about have always been years away and we are never any closer.

Agree on the growth/profit equation. Twenty plus years as a company and no clear path to profitability. Q1 will tell us a lot about our future. KC promising to get all the resceens that are out there plus new to CG patients. I think the strategy is to capture as much business/share as possible in 25 and then slash costs across the board. The Street right now has bought into KC’s rescreen story. I guess we shall see. CG is a wonderful product. We have that going for us.
