Seriously, who hires a Director with no Oncology experience? He thinks his background is “similar” but will soon realize Oncology is its own beast. We’re all getting ready to have him in our cars constantly. They want experienced reps but hire a Director with none??

Y’all actually really lucky to get mike. He’s a real person and super sharp… to be a director or a regional leader it doesn’t take disease experience. Once you get there… or if you do you’ll see.

if you’re a rep complaining, figure it out, we’re all privileged to even have jobs like these in a dying industry so be thankful and enjoy while you can.

I’ve been with DSI for only 2 years now and I’m not sure where you disgruntled folks with shit attitudes came from , but DS is probably the 1st or 2nd best I’ve been with. I’ve been with 5 4 of top pharma in the world and DS is definitely not bad

Go work for another company like Lilly or Pfizer or GSK and come back and tell me how Sang is. He allows you to think be creative and do what you think is gonna work. He’s not cookie cutter.

it’s all kook aid my friend but while drinking it and getting paid better to have a realistic person pouring it

Saying the Sang is a “real” person is hilarious. Constantly stabs people in the back. Only promotes the people who kiss his ass. Constantly lies about shit to seem cool and relatable. By far the fakest leader I’ve worked for. I was relieved when he was promoted out of supportive care until we got drunk ass Sisco to take over for him. The “leadership” at this company is in title only. Completely embarrassing.
