Can anyone give feedback on M. Schabacker? Why is he no longer with ConvaTec? Was he any good? Conceited? A-hole? Any insight? Anything?

A. McNally filled the vacancy left on the company's Executive Committee with the departure of Dr. Marcus Schabacker, Senior Vice President, Global Science and Innovation and Chief Scientific Officer.

As for your questions (and my instincts are usually correct) but it is you that seems like an A-hole. So - - am I correct? (Be honest).

If I had to guess, probably challenged Dave Johnson one to many times. This place has been a very difficult environment for the outsiders. Have we forgotten how quickly Dave punted Michael Steadman? Isn"t Capp gone also?

Billion dollar question for Nordic and Avista, why have Lori Toner and Brad Barton survived? They have underperformed in virtually every leadership position they've occupied, but keep getting promotions? Masters of managing up. They both should be managed out! Survey says---

My understanding is that Convatec EC is being taken over by politically power greedy individuals who doesn't have the company's best interest at heart. Sadly the talent is escaping and the people whom the competition didn't want is rising in ranks, and being allowed to run the company down.

When you meet LT you are immediately mystified that one so dumb (but VERY confident) has achieved such prominence at Convatec.
