If ur applying don’t work for Caroline the Coo Coo Clock. She’s actually crazy. Legit. Why do you think openings are coming up? Expansion? Or people exiting because of her and other crap RD’s

Lol OPs crashing out because they couldn't hack it. You dont have to post 3 new threads about how everything here sucks and its not your fault. We get it bro. You don't have an ounce of personal accountability and you're a loser

Test is a hard sell. After one quarter guarantee, no money. Docs are not interested. Screening division is high turnover. Upper management is terrible. Alot of pressure.

A lot of pressure for pitiful base salary? No thanks!

The Reality of the Role – Read Before You Jump In

  • Administrative Overload: Expect a significant amount of admin work — forecasting, logging 8 calls a day, training modules, etc. Miss any of it, and your quarterly bonus can be cut by up to 40%. Yes, 40%.
  • Daily Micromanagement: Motus tracks your every move, every day.
  • Excessive Ride-Alongs: Managers who live nearby want multiple ride days per quarter. If a manager has 5–6 reps, do the math — you’ll see them a lot.
  • Expense Reports: Tedious and time-consuming. Be ready to spend serious time justifying every coffee and mile.
  • Using Your Own Car? You Lose: The mileage reimbursement doesn’t come close to covering actual expenses. You will lose money.

Selling the Test – The Uphill Battle

  • Tough Sell: Doctors are not interested — not on metrics, no major commercial payors, no major EMR integrations.
  • Reps Coordinate Blood Draws: You're responsible for finding patients and coordinating screening with contracted phlebotomists. Logistical nightmare.
  • No Access to IDNs: Integrated Delivery Networks? Don’t count on it.
  • Docs Skeptical of CRC Blood Test: Many aren’t convinced about the value or reliability of a blood test for colorectal cancer.
  • High Activity Expectations: The company expects you to be in accounts 2–3 times a week, and yes, they track it. Office staff notice — and not in a good way.

Bottom Line: High expectations, low support, constant tracking, hard-to-sell product, and a comp plan that penalizes you for admin slips. Meanwhile, competitors are winning.

Calling BS on the last post.

1 - Your quarterly payout will not be cut by 40% if you don't complete admin tasks. That's a big fat lie.
2 - So what if Motus is tracking your mileage. You want to be reimbursed, right? What were you trying to hide?
3 - Expense reports suck everywhere. Stop whining. The company uses a brand-name vendor. Boo hoo poor you.
4 - I guess Medicare isn't a major commercial payor. Tell those 66 million lives covered. I guess Epic isn't a major EMR integration, either.
5 - Reps should not be coordinating patient draws. That could get you fired (maybe you were given how bitter your post is)
6 - The rest of your complaints make me laugh. "Doctors are not interested...not convinced...no access to IDNs". Isn't the job of a rep to overcome this?

Good riddance. We'll be over here winning.

Thank you for honest reply. Can’t you just manually enter miles, not track by app everyday? Is 8 calls per day per hcp or locations? And agree, sales job…so sell and overcome obstacles.
Thanks.

Thanks.
Yes, can manually enter. 8 HCPs

You will be asked to schedule phlebotomists and do blood draw days. That’s how this company is getting most blood in the door.

Reps lose accounts daily because they are not honest about Quality Metrics. So get an account, lose it, go find another type gig.
