They were not prepared to handle the launch. They don’t have enough representatives to manage calls from our workforce. With our previous partnership through “blink Rx” the pharmacy had dedicated pharmacy representatives solely responsible for taking our calls. We were not only encouraged to call them but REQUIRED to call them and utilise them as a resource. We were also trained to communicate that ANY commercially insured patient will have access to Zoryve through this pharmacy at either zero dollars or 35 however the pharmacy is not in network with SEVERAL commercial plans across the country thus leaving them incapable of processing the scripts. It has been one obstacle after another with this pharmacy.

“They were not prepared to handle the launch” HA HA. You must be new here. That’s the upper management for you. JM, JF, Rusty, etc. all in Montgomery. Failed launch with Seglentis years ago, failed BlinkRx program with Livalo. Japan is kept in the dark with the incompetence leadership. But always blame the “reps”.

I’d like to also add that when the scripts don’t get processed due to their out of network lack of coverage, the representatives who worked incredibly hard to get the script, don’t get notified so they don’t even have the luxury of saving the script. Not only does the rep lose out on the script they also lose the trust that was built with the doctor. It’s a vicious cycle. J and J you’re failing us miserably. Every day it’s another disappointment. Why can’t you get it right? I want so badly to like and support you both but Jesus the more days go by the more I think the crazy people on this site who relentlessly talk shit are RIGHT.

Bingo, JM and JF are likable but that doesn’t keep the lights on. Or pay the pills. JF only experience is Kowa. He was hired as a sales rep and has no other experience. Instantly Promoted because he’s “likable”.

Jason is so likeable I agree. They really need to just hire a consulting firm that teaches them what to do..all these months they made us repetitively study the damn lead mod what were they doing? That would have been a great time for them to consult with a business strategist to teach them what to do because this ship will go down sooner or later and they will be at fault.

Being likable is a standard trait every sales representative should have. That doesn’t make you qualified to be the Sales VP of the company. My point was he doesn’t have the experience his only experience is Kowa and being a sales representative for a little bit and instantly getting promoted because he’s “likable” and lives in Montgomery. AND hiring a consulting firm DOES NOTHING you can’t teach leadership and talent. That is earned and built over years and years and years of experience from different backgrounds and companies just JM doesn’t have either. Clean house but Kowa Japan won’t.

So funny hearing this stuff. I was there when the place had a culture second to none. Brad Hardy, do any of you remember? We also had monthly IC payouts. JM is like the guy who has reached his true "Peter Principal" level, probably two promotions ago, that hires yes men who know even less than him because then he doesn't have to be told he has, NOT A SINGLE CLUE, about what he is doing. Kowa Japan is a godsend for him, and everyone still left at Kowa, because they know even less than Jeff, about American Pharma. What they need to do is hire someone in America that has real experience in American Pharma. Ideally even Japanese that can show them that the clown show in leadership is the issue not the reps. It's like Joe Biden picking Kamala as VP. She was his insurance policy even when he was obviously in the throes of dementia everyone ignored it until they couldn't, because she was SO BAD. Jeff hired Kamala like people. YES Men. The only women he had was competent and left. He didn't hire her either. I check in here for the laughs it provides. Yes, I remember Brad, Lou, and more. There was culture and reps were making MONEY and helping HCPs with good products. They even had contests that WORKED for everyone. JM doesn’t know America Pharma. He tries to put on a front like he does especially to Kowa Japan. I’m shocked they kept JM long enough through his leadership. They were cheap and did not hire an EXPERT outside Montgomery, AL to launch and lead. Look at the other pharma companies they hire experts and pay them well but if results aren’t delivered they fire them. Instead of blame all the reps and run them off. JM and the leadership has ran off all the good reps. The ones left are one near retirement at any day now.
