It seems that it is more likely that the Kowa sales force will be selling from the PI for the new product until Kowa fixes their marketing claims about the new product. More and more likely it seems like a mass exodus of employees are leaving for other jobs. This launch is going to be a disaster. It doesn’t help to have micro managers up our ass and new managers trying to figure out how to do their jobs, and in the process giving bad sales advice to their reps. A lot of turnover call over the company. Every national meeting leadership starts with what is the pipeline as an infomercial trying to convince people to stay. You want top talent, pay people more money to stay. Pay less, expect high turnover.
