At this point it is unclear why or even if Lipo would let people go until the deal closes. Unless that was part of the deal to get rid of everyone before so LCA doesn't have to be the one to do the dirty work. That would be unusual, not to mention it just looks bad. Not that the fuckers who ran Liposcience over all the years ever cared about how bad anything looked, or even really understood if it did.
 


Well you won't have to listen to Duffy's corporate, feel good, double talk, spin, corporate speak about anything after Feb. Commit to something and give us a factual piece of anything we can hold on to. While your at it, how about some resume help, interview help, some job fairs, placement help? Stop hiding in your office and practice what you preach about caring for the employees and get your nose out of HD's butt. Earn some of that big paycheck you've been hosing LS for and help the little people.
 


Oh Duffy is enjoying his new remodeled kitchen when he unloaded his shares. He knew the direction this shit hole was going and jumped ship. He is all talk when it comes to culture.
 


I don't feel sorry for anyone still there. They all had their chances to get out months ago when the smart ones left. The severence package will be minimal if at all. Dave. Plus they don't pay unused vacation or sick days as you know...

DM never aspired to be anything more than a gutless corporate weasel. To be fair, I'm not sure he ever pretended to be otherwise. If you wasted more than a second on his staple brand of unlimited BS that's your fault. BTW, you don't have until February to put up with him.

Even if the deal falls through at this point Liposcience would be forced to retract. They have way too many expenses and not enough revenue. There are alternatives to selling to LabCorp, but Howard was hired to do nothing else than engineer this sale while sabotaging relationships and products of long time partners of Liposcience. It is an insider deal to beat all (if it wasn't so small and pathetic). I agree that anyone who hired to this company and ignored the wisdom of those on Cafe with experience are qualified for the pathetic salary they were offered.
