Has anyone who was laid off received any documentation to sign off on, separation agreement etc? Other than the payout estimate nothing has been sent. Anyone have any info on this?

Not sure why all these people are pissed about being “displaced” by Novartis. That place sucks. They did me a favor by not keeping me. Getting a good severance and already have interviews set up with some good companies. Good luck everyone
