Vote on the Proxy. Get the current board members and management out! It is obvious Tiny Tim and his cronies are continuing to rape and pillage the sales force. There is no hiding the ineptitude any longer! We aren’t even a sellable company! Get these ass-clowns off of the bus!
 


I find it interesting after reading the Proxy, that Board wants a pay raise. Reps are leaving constantly, no pay raises for reps for years, no increase in mileage, commissions have been cut over the years. Amniofill is gone, micronized is gone etc etc. And they want a base pay raise. Don’t we all. Unfortunately, this will be rubber stamped. It is still worth all of us voting and saying “no” to a pay raise for the board members!
 


This so called leadership team, including RSD’s, are being overpaid for doing minimal work. How many good reps have left the company? For each rep that left, Mimedx loses a minimum of one million dollars. There is a couple of reps consulting legal about the mileage debacle. They don’t even check to see if the reps have viable insurance. This company is a freakin joke and the stock will not move. Forgot to mention, the new products are horrible!

So Rohit fires several MSL’s and the head of HR resigns. They are hiring more 3M
hacks that have no clue. Please stop pouring gas on this dumpster fire! I am curious what advice Tim is getting from his mentor since we are unsellable??
