There's a young kid (contractor) on the DR team who reports to SA, hes really hard working, professional, puts in more time and dedication than most employees, and when full-time opportunities came knocking from different departments he gets a call at 6 am in the morning from this bottom feeder (SA) threatening that he'll get fired on the spot if he takes the final interviews. This contractor told me he was not allowed to engage in any sort of conversation with any of the senior level managers for literally anything.
I told him to speak to PK about this, PK didn't do jack shit and in-fact told him that his position will be gone by new years without giving any explanation or a way to grow, and on top of that praised this lifeless sack of shit (SA) in his monthly meetings for his years of "comradery".
If young dedicated folks like these join our company and we just push them to the edge taking every possible advantage, how can this company maintain a vision? I'm not going to talk about the Credo since it literally has no value.
