Reliable source said that on a Sales Leadership call yesterday AVP Marlon D. said "there are sharks on the inside out to get us". CES chimed in by laughing her ass off then said to never put anything in writing and to stay off email. And the other AVP Leon H. spewed some useless babble as usual. Our company is being lead by these three ass clowns!

In Houston we were to make a fresh start. Come together and unite. We hit the reset button and in an instant all the good will was ruined by the idiot implying we can't trust our own people. Instant divisions between us and them.

When will Lou see how completely inept those three are?

It is critical to get Compliance involved if CES is instructing her direct reports not to put anything in writing and to stay off email. One usually instructs their directs reports to do that if they are doing something illegal and don't want a paper trail. If a company is conducting business in an ethical manner then there is no reason to direct people not to use email to communicate. You should contact Compliance directly or the Compliance Hotline and report this for investigation.

Have fun getting work elsewhere when asked who you worked for last in your next interview.

There is no doubt the sharks are circling and Lou has finally accepted that CES is the problem. Don't be surprised if there is a change coming soon. There is little time to turn this around, but time is of the essence. The new leader will definitely not be an AVP.
