What the hell?????!!!!

We were promised our q4 commissions would be paid in mid-Feb by PY and BY. That did NOT happen! Check your bank accounts, people! Another big, fat lie!

If you're smart, you will complete that Savient employee lawsuit paperwork and claim the first 2 weeks of Q4 commissions owed, AND the retention bonus money that was promised. Those dollars were contractually obligated to us before the October 14th date of doom, so you'd better move fast!

Notice the BOD or mgmt has said nothing about all employees out of work, creditors taking a loss and shareholders losing it all? No expression of regrets, so they must be really proud of all they have done. These guys are the best!!!
