Millions for ZS and Associates consultants. Same firm that this corrupt McKinsey Board has hired to mess up the last 6 restructures. They run them back every 1.5 to 2 years after it fails and they hire a new CEO because the existing CEO has to take the fall. But, they are all just doing what the inept BOD wants them to do. It will never end until DS is taken over in hostile takeover and they clean house.
