I love it, for patients on gfib and simva, convince Dr to switch to Trilipix yeah that makes sense, OR instead of switching to a $25 fibrate why not switch statin to $4 Lipitor?

I know. I brought up the add trilipix if you have to decrease simva dose "message", and the Dr. said sorry bro.... with a stack of $4 Lipitor coupons in his hand. I give up!

Yeah same here as well. I understand what we are trying to do and that we are trying to save business. But its just not working. Why would a provider lower the Simva dose and then add another drug why not just switch to Lipitor? Or why would they adjust BP meds when they can just switch to Lipitor? Why switch from gfib or generic feno to trilipix when they can just switch to $4 Lipitor?
