Has everyone heard that Pfizer bought King today? Whats that mean for the Dey reps! Here are a few things that tell we are sinking fast!
1. Pfizer bought King! King owns Epi, Pfizer owns the AG for Adrenclick!
2. Dey owns........ forgot Perforomist and EMSAM! Neither product doing well! We sell Perforomist for DME companies and we get paid like DME reps since we do not make any bonus!
3. Zyflo CR... Are we selling it now or not? I forget sometimes as its on again off again, with no marketing materials!
4. Marketing materials! They stopped making them to save money!
5. Bonus checks! Does Dey pay bonus checks?
6. Top reps on growth and top reps on vol. dont get any money! No reps get paid bonus! Saves money!
7. IC plan always changes!
8. One of the lowest salary paid companines in the industry!
Dey is sinking. Mylan does not care about us! Epi will be gone, Zyflo isnt ours, Perforomist will be a DME drug, and EMSAM will go away! Its a sad day at Dey!

It is not a sad Dey at Dey!!!! It is exactely what we all knew was coming. Anyone who expected this Mylan/Dey debacle to be a success was completly fooled. Mgmt knew this was never going to be a long term gig!

More reps to join the unemployed workforce. To everyone that blamed the reps for everything, kiss my ass! It was never the reps fault, especially, the reps who were here the longest that knew better. They hired less than desirable, new DMs and RDs just because they could, all the while knowing they wouldn't be here long. There are a few that will get exactly what's coming to them, and I say "good riddens to rotten, stinkin rubbish!"

Stay away unless you are unemployed. Low salaries, low commision potential, low level of resources, low level management, low level data,low level support.....in fact the only high level of anything is the BS that upper management continues to pump out us.

By 'assuming', you're the joke! I'm still employed but I'm not stupid and will stay on your ass for spreading your crap...mgmt ass kiss! I am looking elsewhere so don't get excited. The previous post was correct when they said you are 'rotten, stinkin, rubbish' AND no matter how hard you blame the reps, it isn't the reps fault for any of Dey's failures.

the ships been sunk for some time now. all that remain are broken promises, dead wood, and bottom feeders.

This may be our last supper, we are really struggling, the home office morale is at an all time low. Everyone is afraid to say it out loud, but they are as miserable as the sales force. Lights out soon, jump before its too late. If your holding out for a decent severance then consider how they cheated you out of 2/3 of your IC for the last 2 yrs while you worked for them, so how why do you think that they will take care of you when you are no longer employed by them. Its much easier to find a job when you have one, just saying. End of year as our management already eluded to on another post, other companies are laying off more people at the end of the year so competition will be tighter for the openings that are popping up. Be smart, at least put yurself in a position to say no if its not the right opportunity before you find yourself out of work and desperate so you will take anythong to take care of your family. There is no loyalty between employer and employee anymore, take care of yourself and your family. MS can preach change all he wants, it still a bad experiment gone wrong here, and there is no light at the end of the tunnel. They most likely will start planting the seed tht we are close to getting a new drug soon, hoping to hold off another mass exodus. Then they will eventually make the cuts, so your reward for hanging in there, will be an unemployment check. Good luck, just waiting for my back pay then I will be turning in my two week notice. My luck they will keep pushing it back, but new company has home study for awhile so I can continue as is for another couple of weeks. remember that you need to be on payroll at the time the IC checks are cut or they will cheat you out of the money you earned for the last quarter. My DM mentioned to all of us that there was light at the end of the tunnel, personally I think its a freight train getting ready to run right thru us. Just my opinion though, maybe things will work out here, but I will tyr my luck else where.

Horay! Some reality for a change. Dey is gone, its just an empty shell run by Mylan has beens. Cheating and unethical treatment to employees has been the standard, so great advice for realists as the holidays approach be thankful you can continue milking paychecks from them while seeking a real job with real management and real products. Dillusional Nellie will chim in im sure....just laugh at her and feel sorry for her and she keeps posting lies. Its prolly the drunk leader herself posting..lol!!

Waste of time! Both BS quotes... Bayer will layoff next week, we get 2 bonus checks, fvckin leave!
