I have been talking to a recruiter about Skinmedica. How is this company to work for. It sounds very, very small. The territory is in Miami and an expansion territory. Whats the culture like and the management? How is the bonus structure? And do the reps generally like working here? Whats the morale of the company overall? I know this is normally a place of negative posts but any insight into what its like to work for this company would be helpful! Thanks!

Good. Very small, kiss ass and be fast tracked. Culture is just like most-kiss ass, fast track. Mgt.-nice 1/2 day ride alongs, which sucks if you really work your territory because you have to break your day up to pick them up at the airport at lunch and then the next day drop them off at lunch. (unless your on the west coast or in the NE). Some reps like working here, those that are at the top deserve it because they work. If you want to be developed, look elsewhere, especially in the SE. If you want to take it easy and your ok with being in the bottom half, look at it. You would be surprised that performance does not matter. I guess it is good and bad, depending on what you want. This is news to me. I am a top performer and at home at 3 oclock.
 






The are on computer- call avg 8+ a day in a normal size terr.
Most of the managers are great- and will give you an office day if you really need one-

Overall a good company- the kiss ass-i prefer persistent=fast tracked is true- which is good cause you can help drive your career in the direction you want.
 


paper baby. load up your week early and cruise. you can also do presentation only, sort of, but nothing can be said. they made a big bonehead move recently and if they come down on anyone about calls, reach, etc...our a## is covered.
What territory are you looking at?
 




Mgmt is great. SE mgr is GREEN. Does not know anything, not even one strand of training for position. Will act like she knows it all, but it is all just a front. Not one ounce of success, never in the top 10. Was with about 5 different companies in 5 years. Careful, very self serving. You can bet it is all about her, she not out for you at all. Acts like a team player, but cares only about herself. Biggest backstabber in company, no doubt! That being said, if you screw up, your ass is covered because she manipulated her way there and it can be proven. Good luck, I would do it. Great potential for money....both bonus and base...

D O E. 1st year about 60k base. +4K for each year there after up to about 72k for 4= years. That is about standard for most hear I believe. Some are paid less because they didnt ask for it, now they are mad because coworkers make more. Need a scale, but its just how much does the vp of sales want/like you,

I got screwed if this is accurate.
 




Sir and mam if you asked their opinion. actually no rm, but the dm will be one soon, just ask the sir! Maybe she wants, nevermind, this is confusing. Wonder what type of additions she will hire? Boys or ladies. Any guesses?

Is this true about the SE Manager? How long has she been a Manager? Is there much potential for bonus in the SE?
