bigger more populated areas have smaller territories. it's all volume based. but the cost of living in those big cities is super expensive and our paycheck, which is not adjusted for cost of living is worth shit. we are getting paid barely above poverty level for our cities, even with years of experience. Homes are too small for samples fridge so you have to drive to a storage unit, sometimes outside your territory. or you can have a giant noisy fridge in your apartment living room, for which the company doesn't reimburse you enough. sooo... you might do a bit more driving, but your standard of living is likely much better
