Snow Explodes Off Semi (Video)




What I don't understand is - why did they have the camera on? We've had some cloudbursts like that in CA and all you can do is hold the wheel steady and say a little prayer.
 


This is a regular occurence in the upper midwest. On icy roads, and in bad snow conditions, truck drivers are the biggest assholes ever on the road. They normally are all the time anyway.
 


Everytime I'm on out in bad weather that is exactly what happens in the winter here. I have seen so many stupid people tailgate a semi and end up covered in snow or worse, have their windshield broken by falling ice. No idea why this is not against every law everywhere. Truck drivers should be fined if caught driving with snow or ice on top of the cargo.

True dat, I've had semis actually pass me in the rain and throw equally blinding streams of water on my windshield.
