Quit 5 months ago and went to a non competing pharma company. Just finished yearly trainings and certifications (cyber security, AE reporting...) and it was so refreshing not to have to do the crazy DEI stuff like I had to do at Alkermes. Culture here us so much better. I just became numb to the ALKS woke culture and how demotivating and almost toxic it was.
 


That's why companies like Ford, Harley and other companies are ripping all DEI initiates out by the root. They only started them because they were shaken down by the woke left extremists. With the recent supreme court case ruling against affirmative action in college admissions, smart companies are worried about legal liability that DEI creates. If you were made uncomfortable by the DEI initiated and training you had to complete here, there are attorneys very happy to represent you.

The question no white person wants nor seems to be able to answer: How have you (white folks) been harmed by DEI? When you're accustomed to privilege equality looks/feels like oppression!
