Will and Sara often talk about how Insmed outperforms the biotechnology index where Insmed is a part of the "team" of stocks that make up this index. Will, Sara and the rest of the EC are incentivized on the performance of Insmed, not held responsible for how the rest of the index performs. They are held accountable for what they can control. Given this fact, why would they agree to incentivize the commercial team on things outside of their control? Individuals who are performing at a demonstrably high level are being penalized for the performance of those with whom we are indexed. The plans you have put in place are not motivating, do not reward individuals who perform at the highest levels, are confusing, change every quarter, and will lend to chaos at a crucial time in our companies history in terms of turnover, motivation, and focus. What are you doing??
