Probably no such luck but the really tear jerking news is that Byron Dorgon, the Senator from North Dakota announced he's not going to run for office again. TFB that the Gov is going to run and is very popular. Sorry Stevie, looks like you are screwed on your overpowering political aspirations and so much for preserving Winmar so you could be a hero in North Dakota. I'd say you are screwed and will never hold public office in your old home state. What a shame!
 


Well its been almost 4 years since the creation of IHP and 2 years since the distruction has anyone heard anything new as far as the bankruptcy case goes. Or about the seperate lawsuit filed agaist Sabolik and Linehan?

The BK Trustee sued the Harvard Drug Group for a million bucks for receiving inappropriate payment prior to the BK and Harvard settled out apparently for several hundred thousand which will be absorbed by the lawyers and accountants for past fees. The good news if there is any is that the next targets are our old friends in Dallas and the Board of directors. Of course the board will be exonerated because they made their decisions on what the senior management folks in Dallas gave them to look at which was typical Sabolik and Gaudio bullshit. So, it appears that Ricky, Stevie and a couple of other Dallas morons are definitely in the old sights to be smacked....God, I'm so sorry for them.....does the term eat shit and die ring a bell? It ain't over till it's over.
 


Hallelujah!!! It's worth my last week of pay if those S.O.B.'s get smacked hard enough that they are bankrupted!!! I don't think any of the former employees have recovered from the blow that was dealt to us on 8-20-08. Reac down and grab your ankles boys it's comin.

She went to work with this Dr in Minneapolis the next week and started going after Winmar accounts. We have known all along what was going on, this isnt news. These Soporex people all talked out of both sides of their mouths. I have moved on from Fargo, and found happiness with a real company.

Infomation:
SG is now working for Whitney Sleep Center in Detroit,Lakes Mn. and I'm sure still trying to get area contracts..She also has recruited one of Winmar's manager's to work at The new Whitney Sleep Center in the Graystone building...Looks interesting..I may have to check this out..one day when I visit Detroit Lakes..

Speaking of working at other places, I'm totally destroyed as I know most all of you will be at the news that Mr. Steve Linehan has lost his job at Northstar Healthcare. But wait, why should any of us that lost their jobs at the hands of the most incompetent one be alarmed by this news? Fact is it's SOP for him....get a new CEO job, squeeze what you can out of it for no more than two years, then get your ass fired but not before you work out a nice exit package worth a mil or two. Wonder just how many lives the old cat has left?
 


You know, I hope that saying is true! What goes around comes around. We'll never see the money they owe us. That's why they were smart enough to file bancruptcy in Texas.Texas law doesn't require them to pay us back. I will never set myself up to be screwed like this again.
 


It has been six months since I looked at this site. Last week I received papers an officer of the courts. They are still going after the officers and trying to put this shxx to bed. It shocked the crap out of me. Hope everyone is doing well. rwd

for what it is worth, I just got a notification from someone working for or with the trustee in Texas, back in January of 2013.....and it included instructions for me to re-submit my claim for earnings that I was screwed out of by the Fargo thiefs. I called the number on the notice and was told that there "may be" some recovery of a portion of those lost wages. I sent it back with new copies of those old check stubs and time sheets but time will tell.....so far I am just happy if I get anything back and I hope the crooks that screwed us- rot in you know where! anyone else get such a letter?
 


Just got another notice from the soporex bk trustee stating that employees who got screwed out of wages and whom filed claims with trustee are about to get some disbursements? They sent me a tax form to fill out and send back to them. Who knows if I will get a dollar or the several thousand in lost wages they rippe me off of.
