Well, in the space of one week, my DM pissed off a doc to the extent that the office manager called me and told me to "NEVER BRING THAT IDIOT OF A MANAGER IN HERE AGAIN"! Also, 2 offices that received our letter telling them we are tracking the cost of lunches back to their name and putting it on our website, shut down any future lunches to any company doing the same. Additionally, our DM is pushing the hell out of us to do LB programs, which are a complete and total waste of time and money! He/she said do them anyway, and it didn't matter if anyone showed up or not, and hopefully we could get a few nurses to make it.
