Commercial Management is a disaster.
Morale is very low at that company. Super unstable. Zero commitment to employees and replete with incompetent leadership.

Caris is heading for a crash.
Destructive, short-sighted internal changes are underway that will all but "Assure" the clients are unhappy. Senior Management could not be more out of touch with what is most important. It is sad to witness. If you work for this company, ask yourself this question:
"Would it be better for me to show up at this clinic today to sell Caris testing, OR would it be more helpful to patients to warn the clinic NOT to use Caris."
