Publicis has implemented Spark Hire's video interviewing solutions for their recruiting purposes to further create a positive experience for their candidates. The video interview questions were chosen by Publicis in order to better assess a candidate's skills and personality.
I prefer actually meeting, talking, listening to people in real life to get a feel if its right or not. Ever do a presentation via video conference call? Well, that about says it all. Sucks!
