So they're done with Orthofix. Or are they?. No crying on other stim co's forums. They dont seem to be investigating anywhere else at all. I remeber Todd telling me, 'we volunteered to go first'. hahaha. And the next guys will really get smoked. hmmmm. maybe nobody else is 'next? Hmmmm?

I've heard that EBI is next. Going in the order of market share, from my understanding.

Do you really believe this? Ofx was investigated because reps and managers were perpetrating Medicare and other insurance fraud and they were caught. Stop trying to deflect guilt and blame already. The investigation is going to take some time to be completely resolved but the DOJ simply started where the stench was coming from.

Yep... That is exactly what happened. Ex-Hooters girls and Subway sandwich makers who cheated and now are burning because they know no other way.
Lance Armstrong should apply for a job at this joke. LMAO

This all started with an OFIX whistleblower. Nothing more and nothing less. Had zero to do with anything else. Once the DOJ goes into ANY company it will fit "something" into the very broad and open ended laws. It will look under every crevice and find something. They will find some fall guys to bang if the company lets it and it will come out with hefty fines and penalties. There is not ONE company immune to it. You can't beat the Feds, they hold all the cards and have all the power. Get the check book ready and pray they don't pick your number.

I agree with you in part here, but we did have a manager and rep team actually paying CASH to a prescriber to write our products. It is just part of the culture of how many reps get their business. Obviously not by paying prescribers ( except for consultants I suppose), but by just getting used to 'finding ways' to make orders fit 90 day guidelines. Didn't we have another rep in DC just get caught for this? ( sorry if that is not true just heard a story about something down there recently)

Is it possible that Medicare continues to payfor this as a purchase rather than a rental? The rental option is required for all the companies and those who do not follow the rules will be punished. Simple as that.
