Little Birdy tells me you have A Stanley over there now. We missed her so much when she was let go at Dermavant, doesn't anybody do background checks anymore? She is hated by the colleagues she worked with. A gossip girl who desires total control and is always "pushing back hard".

We should have asked around at Novartis before we hired her and had to 'right size' her out. Be ready for hours of documentation because she's already doing it to you. I dare you to ask around in industry, her managers, old team colleagues. OUCH.

As In, I agree with poster from May 13th. Who interviewed this person for the RM position? Didn't they see she wasn't ever going to be a team player.
BOOM! 100% she is a Mani hire disaster. I guess one person even quit over her already. My own encounters have been less than great, a bad, bad hire. One of my RDC's said she was ordering them around and refusing on label speaker programs in other RDC's territories. HR have been informed, thankfully.
