Not their fault. This product is not growing organically, the company is just relying on expanding to new markets and finding new distributors to buy the product. That’s it. Eventually, this strategy will dry up.
It doesn’t matter. Very little influence comes from representative interaction. You can see a physician everyday and it won’t matter. The message has been delivered. Now...the message is old. It’s over.
