Word is Stimlabs is being investigated by the DOJ. All shady players they poached from MiMedx are still there (especially in TX). Revita reimbursement goes to crap after reporting asp so they switch all their accounts to Cogenex overnight, weird. I’m sure there is a clinical reason lol.
 




Unlikely, wound care and skin substitutes aren’t going anywhere. Reform however is much more likely and needed. All of these “me too” products with no studies have got to go. CMS has already hinted to this type of change. Punch biopsy studies on forearms in young heathy patients doesn’t count either lol.

yep, there is a need and value, but the wild times of the past will be reigned in. This will likely result in all the smaller companies being wiped out/any valuable asset they held sold, and the remaining companies being the full service wound care giants. I’m also going to bet the bastards at Healogics will pick off some crap company like Lifenet and pressure their centers to use that graft, just like they did with dressings
