How is/does this program work?

Are the specialist reps good?

Are the products contemporary-sellable? Anything new in the pipeline?

Not sure what you mean by "how does this program work?" You are responsible for growing the sales for your regenerative products in your region.

The specialty reps are only as good as the work they put in to learn the products and the competition. Rep specific.

Compensation is standard and depends on experience. Figure $60-70k base and chance to earn 6 figures if you perform.

They sell a me too bone that several other companies sell. Emdogain is their only product that is "different" but isn't used that often.

More clearly put, in other words, does the successful S-mann regen rep get that way by developing rapport and trust with implant territory reps in region so they can actively cross sell and feed and assist each other in closing each others leads? Do they put on presentations together? Do they help out technically with each other in case planning, etc? Are they experienced in the surgical side-can they be in the Sx op without making an ass of themselves? Do they work local association meetings? Do they actively pursue appropriate decision-makers at schools/govmnt/military and other local podium opportunities? Do they reach out to GP's for site preservation business or drive those products through the surgical community?

Hmm. How's that.

That's how I would approach the job. Why not hire ME ? Instant business.

PS: does S-mann do anything with PRP or BMP products? More cross-selling opportunities with the other mfgs?

the program does not "work" complete fluster cuck...small line of Lifenet bone with no specials or discounts or specials and a 15 year old product (Emdogain) that is pretty much limited to one indication. And oh yea....you will not see 6 figures and the TMs are not interested. You sound perfect for the job...your hired.

Don't count on the TM's to help you at all. They are paid on implant sales. Regen is a tiny part of their quotas. You are responsible for all regen building projects in your region, whether it is evening programs, local trade shows or hospital lunch and learns.

The products aren't new or innovative. It is all old news. Not a fun job right now.

the correct term for the regen folks (and they hate it) is "Regenerative Experts" rather cocky huh? really turns off the doctors but it was a directive from the new euro boss. Mr Rodriguez is a very nice and competent guy. Does his own thing and does the best job he can. He, in my opinion is working way under his pay scale. Prob ready to jump, but not off a bridge.

"whoever claims to be" must be very arrogant. Expecially the reps.
