It’s been several weeks since Sage shared that the company was being acquired. Since then employees especially those in the sales field have received no clear answers about their future. At the time of the initial announcement, it was said that there would be updates in the weeks ahead. But as of today, no solid plans have been shared. The company has not made any statements that confirm roles will be kept or continued. In fact, the only official filing so far has been under the federal WARN Act, which includes information about job losses and severance not job security. If there was clarity or a future for employees, we believe it would have already been communicated. Silence speaks volumes. We continue to wait, but the filings remain unchanged.
