Any info on this lab. Apparently the distributor states that he owns the lab. Need some info, as I am about to bring some massive numbers over, I just don’t want to get screwed over.

They have been doing a good job for us on PGx and Tox but we don't have a massive number of specimens and only cover a couple of states so I an't comment on them everywhere.
We started using them after they moved the lab down to Dallas mostly for Tox and PGx. We were waiting to see how they did before trying them on our RPP & GPP. So far so good on TAT, info and payments compared to all the cheats we have tried in the past so we are going to start switching those over later this week.
The lab Thomas Isley pumps? That guy doesn't understand the first thing about medical necessity. Stay away.

There is one dude who is afraid to say his name but has NEVER EVER worked with us of that I am certain. I have no doubt he works for a competitor and seems to resent the fact that others are more successful than him. He always posts insulting garbage about my lab even though he has never sold anything for us so how would he know anything specific? LOL
At one point he left such professional comments such as I lived in my mother's basement and claimed I only had my own LLC and did not own a lab. Each and every time I have proven his comments wrong.
Like many people I started out small and kept growing to the point that I started up my own lab so yes at one point we were only a distributor and that is something that makes us better because we know what it is like to be a rep or distributor. Like many of you I simply got tired of getting screwed over time and time again by numerous labs. So, I finally went all in and started up my own Lab and the CLIA license is in my name so there is no argument there.
The simply fact is that it is very difficult to get legit info about an organization on Cafepharma. Just remember this one guy remains anonymous because he is a coward and has no facts to back up anything he says. Now he bring up medical necessity which is a new objection for him as I guess he learned a new phrase recently.
I put the challenge to him to say his name and the perfect lab he must represent as clearly he doesn't own anything himself. You always run into people that never had great success themselves and the only way they can feel better about themselves is by putting others down. Doesn't it make you question someone's honesty if they only throw out insults and never offer solutions. When someone never gives you facts then you know they are full of BS and that's all this guy has to offer.

I remember this guy. He used to troll the boards looking for pain cream reps. Supreme medical something. What are you doing in the lab industry? I would be cautious of any pain cream distributor in the lab world. They all end up being busted for giving commissions based of percentage sales. Which is a big no no in the lab world. Someone should forward this lab to the OIG or the Feds so they can investigate this lab.
Oh so you think just because someone worked for a compounding pharmacy that they should not be allowed in the lab industry? What a joke. I was working in the lab arena way before starting up my own medical sales distributorship. Reps were never busted for getting paid a percentage of sales. Reps have only been busted because of HOW they got the business such as being stupid enough to pay/bribe physicians and or patients which we NEVER EVER did nor do. I do not work for a lab I own the lab and I probably know more about the lab arena than you do.
We are totally transparent about our business and even have a former FBI agent who investigated labs as a consultant on compliance so what's your next objection? Can you say that about your lab?

Why don’t you take some of your lab money, and start paying back reps you screwed over Circa 2014 to 2016!! Be cautious of this guy/clown! Take your sweater vest and join the circus!
It really depends on your payor mix of your samples.
Excuse me but name a single person we ever didn't pay on pain creams. You can't because we NEVER EVER failed to pay anyone them 100% of their commission. We have always been 100% transparent and compliant. You are the same person that has had a hard on for our company for years and all you ever do is try to bad mouth us but you never have any facts to back up your comments.

Just as I have been saying all along, jokers like this who were former competitors have zero facts, all they want to do is throw out insults because of their own lack of personal success. As far as over promise and under deliver we always delivered on our promises but YOU the rep has to go sell physicians on the benefits of the product first so the only people that under delivered was you apparently as not a single person has EVER reached out to me to say they were not paid 100% of what they were owed, not one, which is exactly why I know you never worked for us. LOL

I have dealt with Supreme for quite a bit. He is not a crook, just very ill informed. He fell into the easy money compounding days, like we all did! He was a very small distributor, and his lab is also very small. If you want big numbers, stick with a larger lab. Also Tom, you know you ripped people with your we still get paid for compounds BS. I don’t think you are a bad person, but why are you mad when people call you out on your BS.
Talk about ill informed. Don't lie, you have NOT dealt with us at all. We have not advised anyone to still be pushing compounding in a very long time. There are still plenty of people in that market but we have not found it attractive like the lab arena. You have NOT dealt with us at all and know nothing about my lab otherwise you would know that dealing with a larger lab does not at all mean larger money. LOL Before I started up my own lab and I would argue that a larger lab is less likely to give you better numbers than us and for that matter less likely to give your accounts the personal customer service that we offer.
If you have a problem with me then have the balls to contact me directly and talk man to man and not like some passive aggressive loser. You should have my email since you claim to have dealt with me a lot so grow a pair and reach out directly but I know you won't.
I have no clue what you are talking about in regards to compounds because if there was no money in it then it was a waste of our time let alone the reps and thus not making either of us any money.
I have not had ANYONE emailing me to say we have ever ripped them off or even complain about ANY message to them about the promotion of our service. However we have upset some competitors especially those labs we use to work with that ripped us off on our commission and now we take great joy in taking away their former clients.
Every territory is unique and not all reps are the same as some can sell ice to an eskimo while others couldn't sell a rowboat in a flood to a drowning man up to his neck in water. Now you are spinning your complaint is that you "claim" that we were promoting compounding after it went down the tubes and you didn't make any money? Really????? That's what has your panties in a knot? SMH!!!
Why the hell would we have promoted any service or product if there was no one making any money and if the reps weren't making anything then given the very small commission in it for us then we sure as hell would not have made anything! Common sense would tell you that it would have been way more trouble than the effort to recruit and manage people. We got out when there became better opportunities for people to generate ancillary income for themselves.
In fact, there are STILL some people making good money in compounding as we have pharmacies coming to us all the time but we are NOT going to focus on that any longer. There is no consistency and the products seem to be ever changing which drives reps and physicians insane. The lab arena is much better in that the products do not change.
Hell, even the people that still own and successfully operate those pharmacies will fully admit that you have to promote particular medications that pay well and not all reps can show the benefit of certain medications in a way that the provider will remember and use it where it can benefit the patient.
Not sure who you are, but never ever deal with a small lab. Always leads to problems. Stick with a large lab with tons of ancillary sites. These small start up labs are the ones that cause the most amount of regulatory problems. If you need a real lab, leave your contact info and I can get you connected with the right people.

Want proof? You can look up the CLIA license and see my name on it so that proves we are NOT a middleman as No distributor has a CLIA license. When you can't add 2+2 as you just did then why should we listen to you try and claim you are an expert on Supreme when you don't know even the basics. Not even knowing that we do have a CLIA license proves you are either a liar or incompetent and should not be trying to act the expert.
We still offer the Clinical Trial program and that has been growing and doing great as it is a great way for physicians to take advantage of these Phase III FDA Regulated and Controlled clinical trials to generate ancillary income for their practice. These trials are sponsored by many of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world so if you are going to claim this is some sort of scam then you are trying to say these multi-Billion dollar companies are participating in the scam too so don't even waste your time trying to throw crap on that program too. Once again you have proven your ignorance.
PPI??? Are you talking about a proton pump inhibitor when you say PPI? For heaven's sake that was a loooooooong time ago back when everyone was promoting that and it made good money if you could sell but I guess you couldn't. If you didn't jump into the compounding world till the PPI days then you missed out on 99% of the opportunity as that was as far toward the end of the compounding days as you could get. You snooze you lose. You act like you expect us to still be promoting it now which is insane. The ONE and ONLY constant thing in the medical sales arena is CHANGE!
Can you name a single product ANYONE used to sell in the compounding days that is still being promoted today and paying great? No, so why are you trying to hang that baggage on us? When it stopped being covered we quit promoting it so no one was lied to. No distributor gets any benefit in having their people promote a product that isn't going to make anyone any money! There is ALWAYS optional products or services to promote and the medical sales arena is all about picking the right option. Some as slow and steady while others are fast but burn out quickly. For a lot of reps all they see if the ones that burn bright but the real winner is the reps that bet on the long sale like labs.
As EVERYONE knows the pharma and or compounding world was constantly changing and those products were constantly going on and off formulary with a LOT depending on which insurance carrier was dominant in your area and more importantly what insurance was the biggest player for the physicians you were able to convince to write scripts for your pharmacy. This is all common sense and many reps made great money if they acted quickly before the insurance carriers changed their formulary. That was the reason why many companies were coming out with their own patches or other special product because they wanted to try and get their money made before the insurance carriers reacted. Initially they often got a good 6 months to 1 year and then it got quicker and quicker.
We are a lab now and have been for quite some time. Yes, of course we were at one time just a distributor for various products and services but that was a long time ago just as many people start out their company as a one man show. Is there any shame in that?
The difference is many people blew their money and didn't invest it in something that would last like a lab. Any rep could have been a distributor back then IF they had the time and knowledge to put in the work to succeed which clearly you didn't. Did you spend hours upon hours every day and night reaching out to bring on new reps, train them and support them or did you go make 1-2 calls on a buddy doctor? Don't bother answering as we already know what you didn't do.
Now we are an actual lab owner and NOT a distributor which clearly you are not and that obviously seems to be a problem for you. Ok Cool, Hook Um!
