You cannot be honest responding to the survey because every response is tracked back to the respondents email address. They say it is "anonymous" but that is just another lie from leadership. So if you did demonstrate "Honesty" you will be labeled as a troublemaker. Just another example of CEO and EC totally oblivious to what is really happening and bad morale is across the organization. CEO doesn't want to hear the truth, he never has. However, he will see the numbers and have a temper tantrum demanding strategies are put in place to raise the scores. The EC will have meetings with their minions and ask for immediate strategies to improve things. If they don't improve their next level of leaders will be put on PIPs. Notice no one from EC has ever gone on a PIP for their lack of performance. Happens every year. True definition of insanity.....So I just put high scores across the board.

Wow!! No wonder things do not improve. You are to weak to be honest. You disrespect the organization and your fellow employees by not believing sincere. It’s people like you that complain but only think of yourself selfishly.
 
problem is that we are to answer to “reflect how we feel the culture is like within the team you work most closely with on a daily basis.” ThAt is not going to measure company culture. It reflects team culture. What is I feel the culture is pretty good on my team but think the culture is different as an organization.
