marketing department run amuck. "Dr. while you're filling out the survey, let me ask you a couple of 'Brennan' questions." The questions are like asking an internist: "Do you treat hypertension?" You might get one filled out over a lunch. 6-7 a day? fiction.
Seriously!?! I mean how do they think they are going to answer us?......No Lysteda rep I do not believe in making her periods lighter, I do not treat bleeders, I do not want their life style to be better............and I have 30 min to talk to you. Who are these marketing people? why not pay us better and quit throwing money out the window!
I dont even want to know how much money they are wasting on this! The only reason they are doing it is to assisgn calls and rank our docs! I mean , duh, rank by who has been writing, not from a stupid survey!
Ok. I am over this! Asked survey questions while w DM doc is polite and very honest w answer and view about non hormonal and OC choices and my DM gets argumentative with him over why he chooses a vs b. Of course he cuts us off and I get to go back and smooth things over. tHis is why docs hate these surveys! Get marketing to call and pay them Fifty bucks to complete a real survey like everyone else does and let us sell!
