SW Regional Manager Position



Nothing wrong with any of the Big Pharma Vet Reps/Managers, they would just have a hard time understanding/producing in Distributuion.

Distribution is a different type of sales which requires a different type of person, most manufacture reps would crack under the pressure and more than likely run off a bunch of good reps through pressure and scare tactics.
 
That is the way most/all Managers are who work for the manufactoring end of our business.
They are not like by their Reps and would certainly not be liked in a Distribution Managment position.
