The above statements are correct. He ruined the culture at Roche/ Genentech and sales dropped after everyone figured him out. I have yet to hear a single person say anything positive about him as a person or manager. He told everyone at a meeting how they need to work harder, yet was seen walking his dog at 2:00 in the afternoon on a workday in his casual clothes the next week. Hmmm....do as I say and not as I do? He's a self-centered bloated ego that gets his thrills from having the power to ruin people's lives. If he's now with Forest then shame on you guys for hiring him back again.
