60k is less than what a shitty syneos contract would pay, I like how they mention a $42k bonus. Like how many people are really going to make it to that target? Then they’ll pay you a bonus if you stay the whole year? WTF does that say to potential hires??
Yep! Lot of pharma, biotech going this route. It's successful in some areas but annoys offices in other areas and several companies have dropped the model when they realize the ROI isn't there.

Funny thing is, that the digital model works best where it is least used. Small patient and prescriber population, high motivation for treatment, complex reimbursement or distribution.
it works poorly for big market, high competition products. There is just no motivation for docs to engage once a number of companies are vying for their time in this manner.
Leave it to a bunch of Pharma execs to do the opposite of what makes sense
