Anyone know how the company will handle the integration of Synthes? Will they allow the Synthes reps to keep their multi-million dollar territories? Are they gonna keep the commission at 12.5 percent?
Since Michel Orsinger Synthes CEO is being named as the Global President for Johnson & Johnson, De Puy, Synthes after the merger is complete, i would guess the Synthes territories are safe.
