This is ZS formula which is designed to pay out less bonus. The assumption is high volume reps are advantaged. I don’t agree with that assumption.

I am not from UCB but the company where I work did this to us in January of this year. My territory is high volume so you know I lost out.

It is a joke and it has me looking for a new job
