Does anyone know what the current starting salary is? I heard from one source it has been raised to 85K. Has anyone heard from a recruiter or other source what they are offering now?

I've heard from a recruiter $75k to $90k for the TBM role but up to $110k for the coagulation role. Then again, recruiters tell you what you want to hear. These salaries seem low for the industry though, no?

Yes, very low. Competitors are all upwards of 90

Why does management continue to believe they are paying base salaries comparable to competitors? Do they not talk with recruiters? We do!
