Some project leaders and lab heads need replacment. Lucky to contribute to many projects - see it all. Back stabbbing..... Noticed the tension between central teams and projects? Teamwork? Leaders do not listen to the associates who do know the science - the leaders know everything.

Couldn't be. We're the leader in innovation and technology. You must be one of those uppity know it alls.

Sarcasm asidie; of course your bosses don't want facts~if they present the fact to their bosses they'd be out of a job too~.

So, full steam ahead with that study and don't let the facts get in the way of the project.
