Termination for mandate refusal.

If you are one of the people who refuses to be treated by your employer like they own you and you end up being terminated for noncompliance of a Covid vaccine mandate, make absolutely sure they give you a very specific letter stating that fact. You were terminated because they required the COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of continued employment and you chose not to take the vaccine at this time.

Do not under any circumstances accept a bullshit generic letter that says you failed to comply with company policy.

Also retain copies of all documents related to the mandate from announcement notifications, process outline, and FAQs. Also note, how they verified the veracity of information submitted by those who claimed to be fully vaccinated. What was their methodology, did they require a signed, notarized attestation or simply a copy of a vaccine card?

Write down key comments from leadership and the dates associated those comments.

You will want to have all of these items for multiple reasons in the future, from new employment to legal actions.

My only suggestion here is rather than referring to it as a mandate, call it what it truly is -
<Company Name> Compulsory Vaccination Program.

antonyms for compulsory are - voluntary, elective, or optional.

POTUS to deliver 6-prong approach to Covid virus on Thursday. Expect employer mandates will be one of the prongs.

what else?

weekly Covid test
24/7 mask
Lockdowns
Monthly boosters
Horse dewormer
Money for staying home
Martial law

Boosters for damn sure. His poll numbers are plummeting and his ego cannot tolerate that. He will push booster program regardless of what experts and science recommend. He is a lifelong political hack.

Vaccines are clearly the answer, if the question is, “What’s not working out so well?”

(Bloomberg) -- Israel, once a front-runner in the global race to move on from Covid-19, is now one of the world’s biggest pandemic hot spots.

The country that was once predicted to be the first to vaccinate its entire population had the highest per-capita caseload of anywhere in the week through Sept. 4, according to figures compiled by Johns Hopkins University.

In contrast, at the end of May, Haiti had one of the lowest per capita Covid death rates in the world and not a single vaccine dose had been administered there. Mask were practically unheard of and social distancing was minimal.
Perhaps scientists should explore how people in such as impoverished nation managed to do well against this virus.
Seems like none of the US government’s recommendations have produced the desired outcomes.

Nice….picking and choosing your stories and not posting full picture.

Israel at one point was the front runner in vaccination rate, but it fell off. Current vax rate is 61%, similar to current US rate, and cases are rising, mostly in uncvaccinated. Read the rest of the Bloomberg article that was quoted here.

And Haiti, you quoted an article from May, when everywhere saw a reduction, but last week this came out.

Last updated: [09/02/21]

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued a Level 4 Travel Health Notice for Haiti, indicating a very high level of COVID-19 in the country.

what has happened in Sweden? Low vax, high incidence and death. Iceland, high vax, low incidence and death.

your parents got you the smallpox, polio , measles mumps and rubella vaccines under a government mandate, and doing so all but eliminated those viruses in western society. Hopefully What is different here?

New Headline -

57 percent of vaccinated COVID-19 patients hospitalized in first half of 2021 had mild or asymptomatic infections, study finds.

WTF - if they were mild or asymptomatic, why the hell were they hospitalized????

Is it any wonder people are confused about who to believe??

Let me spell it out for you, genius...

All those admitted to a hospital during this pandemic are tested for COVID. So 57% of the vaxxed people who were hospitalized for ANY reason that tested positive for COVID had mild or asymptomatic infections. So let's say they were in admitted after a car wreck, but tested COVID positive...chances are they were having a mild infection. Understand now?

So what you’re saying is 43% (nearly half) of vaccinated patients did not have mild symptoms. Did they have moderate symptoms, severe symptoms?

The article doesn’t say, and was clearly written with a bias as are most media today.
