Thanks for all you have done to take care of your employees. We “all” were blessed to be here and get to work with some great people. There is always drama in every company although here we were all fortunate to be part of the ride and help Melanoma patients along the journey. On my way out of here, but please be warned that Mrs. Seven Shades of Array isn’t quite done with her mayhem and is now creatively planning on unethically erasing your final Q4 bonus and rank with bogus ICD10 codes back to day 1, basically leaving you with nothing? Beware my sales friends.
Here in Boulder, it’s great to hear this is already been outed to the sales force and I hear you smart folks already have proper things lined up, just in case final rankings or the Q4 bonuses are in any way manipulated once again. Love you guys.
My guess is they will stand down and both companies probably don’t need all the worldwide negative press, but either way, you will be vindicated and will have to expose the Array truth to the world if necessary. This answers my question about the options. I knew these idiots boasting of million dollar buyouts were full of BS. Nobody made millions except the upper management. Sales people are so insecure that they must make up stories of their great buyout packages, in order to accept the uncomfortable reality of working for Pfizer.Did I get screwed in my man buns by my man bear lover ??!!

2 points here:
1 - you're obviously not one of the sales reps, or you would know they were granted more than 10k options. Or else you're a horrible negotiator. One thing (options grant) has nothing to do with the other (payout for performance), which is where reps got hurt. The options are why someone takes a risk to go to a company pre-approval.
2 - if you are a sales rep, you must have done really shitty this year, or you'd realize how much $ you lost when they changed the bonus plan halfway thru the year, screwed up the joke of "pinnacle club", then reduced the sales numbers 2 days after the close with no details...just a BS general explanation.
Keep feeling grateful that you are losing a huge sum of $ over the past year while leadership walks away with untold millions.

If you were sitting on 10k options at the close, then you're a total schmuck. Between the initial grant, year-end review grant, and maxing out ESPP, it far eclipsed 10k. You obviously haven't done this before

If you skim IC sales off ICD-10 and JCodes and its a fact that only 63% of those codes on average are accurate, how valid is the skimming and the wonderful pie-in-the sky equations for buy and bill? This is a slam dunk sales force!! Documentation below.....
