Can someone explain why these threads get pulled whenever they hint at the wrongdoing of only a select few? No one else is immune.

If someone complains to CafePharma they will pull the thread if they feel it was a personal attack of a named person. Management is trying to convince people that this board is not anonymous or that they have control over it so past and present employees will not post anything negative. This is a completely anonymous board, even Congress could not get them to turn over names and were told users addresses are not recorded.
Their scare tactic that won't work.

How interesting........I remember when I worked @ SM there was buzz about cafepharma and how TS was all knowing about who posted what. I never believed it but they want you to think they have connections and can single you out. How sad. I really liked working for the actual company but its too bad my manager I think fell into this group that is being discussed. A bunch that thinks they are shielded by their peers when really they are so out of control and unprofessional it would make Allergen look like heaven to work for. I never understood how my manager could get away with what she did. Upper manage,emt looks so bad on their own and allows such BS to go on, they condone bad behavior and bad managers at any level.

I remember that time and similar things were being discussed and pulled but this site is totally anonymous. If management would spend less time deleting posts that hurt someones feelings, and more time looking for new products to sell or managers that can lead, there might be a lot less bashing going on. Listen, if you do your job and are respectable and honest chances are your initials won't end up on CafePharma!
