It's a fantastic company with great science. But the leadership needs to recognize many of them have never worked as a rep. The metrics are frustrating to everyone because we are more focused on checking metrics boxes than actually building relationships. It's way overboard. Please hear this, adjust, and let the people do what you spent months interviewing them to do.
