Since the beginning of 2025, we’ve had so many resignations. The culture here is horrible, my manager is as high pressure as can be! Changed my territory, I asked him why, he gave my accounts back, the disruption and lack of foresight is mind blowing.

If you got a job offer for comparable pay, why would you stay or why would you leave? Trying to get a feel for what the sales team is feeling.

You have a bottom tier private company with no recognition on any value.
The only reason to stay is because you can't find work anywhere else.

Well, depending on your level you stay for the hope of a good package when the hildred (whatever the pe name is) leaves

3rd rate company with an eclectic product portfolio and low corporate brand recognition. Add in Revance cleanup and PE ownership. A recipe for disaster. Why would anyone stay if there are better options?
