THE DREADED SALES SIMULATION ! IT SUCKS!

I do want to say that the interview process with IDEXX was the worst I have ever encountered, if the interview is this hard and grueling, what must the job be like???? I have to ask myself? The sales simulation is not EVER going to show the hiring managers what one is really like out in the field IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to see how a sales person really does their thing, while the interviewing manager is sitting there making you feel sooooooooooo uncomfortable it was AWFUL !!
 

I agree with the above post. The interview process was the worst I have ever experienced. I pretty much was told I had the job and after that horrible experience where they watch you on camera for the sales simulation - and then was called to get the offer. I returned the DM's call and he NEVER returned my call after the last step to even tell me I did not get the job.
 
If the sales sim was so difficult for you, you would not stand a chance in the field. The job isn't that hard, just requires a higher talent level than you possess. I hear enterprise is hiring....
 
If you have to ask the question, yet again, you really should cancel your interview because you will fail in the field. If your a professional sales person and know your craft you will breeze through it.

Obviously you failed the sales simulation. Move on, your not a fit.
