Sitting at 84.4% compared to last year 1st semester #’s

Nation is at 57.82% to goal with 18 days left to the end of the 1st semester!

the 20, 25 30% growth this year… well not so sure it will materialize. I’m guessing the budget was based of that projection… eeek!!!! The next investor meeting isn’t going to be pretty!

Such a pity. There have been several really strong sales people work with this firm and all have decided to move on after getting a taste of the disfunction and ridiculous backstabbing from those currently in leadership. Many people who fought through unbelievably difficult hurdles for a perceived greater cause only to be let down time and time again. These numbers do make it seem the charade is coming to an end and the stain that comes with imploding this company will live on those “leaders” resumes forever.

Only an idiot compares a price increase semester to a non price increase semester. Out of all the reps that left, yes a few were good but a majority needed to go anyway.

Ya, it’s better to play the victim to your poor rep life- goals are too high, the mue hasn’t changed, the light hasn’t come out. I’ll just keep working my couple hours every day. BUT if leadership didn’t suck, and if THEY were all replaced, everything would be better. My hardly work rep life would be perfect, Biofrontera would be thriving. Go on, sell that, double dog dare ya

So you guys hire sales reps after a multi layered interview process including touch points with several team members in elevated positions and then turn around and blame those same reps for lacklustre sales results by listing several key leadership goals that haven’t been hit in multiple years. And, attacking said reps on this message board during actual working hours. Now that’s classic.

What a dumb remark! Really that is your comeback??? This is what is wrong with the people running the show… the always have excuses! EM promised 25% growth for 2023, we should be exceeding 2022 numbers already… regardless of the price increase in 2022! If Biofrontera finishes the semester with lower sales than 2022 there will be a &@$? Storm! C-suite person…..investors don’t want to hear “well we had a price increase last year so you can’t compare it to this year” They want to see results? All the big wigs need to stay off this platform, the fact you are on it and respond to things said about you means you are in over your head and not ready for the big time, stop wasting your time… use it to figure out how to fix this $&@?! Or step down and let someone do it!
 


Biofrontera ALWAYS places blame on the reps. They will say reps are great but the minute they resign, it’s a different story. You will hear management speak negatively about previous reps all the time. “She wasn’t a good fit for buy and bill” or “he couldn’t close the sales.” It’s just excuses to cover up the true reason any number of reps have left. Look at how many top performing reps have left and the turnover rate each year. It’s probably around 25-35%. The goals are unrealistic and a rep job isn’t sustainable. If the reps are so terrible, then that would be a hiring/management problem. The truth is Biofrontera hires good reps and drives them away with the toxic culture, poor management and perpetual lies.
 


When reps have legitimate grievances they have to blame the reps. Make them look like they were the problem not RA or DW who continually bully, control, and micromanage. HR conveniently leaves those complaints out of the official files so technically, this behavior hasn’t happened. They have circled the wagon for both of them for years! EVERYBODY knows the hostile environment they both create. Now that the home office and managers are starting to endure this same hostile environment maybe someone will listen. They lost 1 manager already, how many good people are they willing to lose to keep the bullies

CW you were part of the terrible management at BF. You claim to be a voice for the field, but you gossiped and talked trash about us (reps) all the time. You may have even complained to management about reps as much as you complained to reps about management. lol!

My manager told me that you complained that the reps are so bad and lazy that “you” could not do your job. WTF? You were the one not working the large derm groups!

We only pretended to like you. Every time you spoke to me, you tried to get me to gossip about my manager and the company. You seemed to get off on getting reps to talk trash and give you some dirt to spread.

Yes, we have challenges and there are issues. But damn girl, you are one toxic and messed up individual. EVERYBODY knows you are one of the most negative and toxic employees in BF history. I know because I’ve gossiped with them all.

Besides, didn’t you quit…it might be time to move on and start complaining about the managers at the new place…
