the hogs keep getting fatter as they are slaughtering the pigs. So basically Bayer is saving their senior leaders. Leadership is basically saying they are the most important part for the customer (laughable) while they remove the lower rung. In theory they think it will work but those leaders have been here so long, are the highest paid thus we had no real change so this will be more of the same for the future of our company. This restructuring has showed all the survivors not to trust anyone, not to have any loyalty and that the leaders of this fine organization are disgusting. Shame on all those leaders who stole roles from their direct reports only to save themselves. They should be ashamed of themselves and disgusted with an organization that would allow it to happen. There is definitely NO future here. I have no confidence in this organizations decision making skills anymore.

Are next and appears to be true because the hogs are already stealing their place at the table from their direct reports. At the end of the day, Karma is a bitch and those thrives will find the seat at a table that is failing, being prepped to being sold and ultimately you will be gone too so all the smart ones are buying their time applying to jobs and will double dip their asses to the severance they are all waiting on.
Bayer has left such a bad taste in a lot of people’s mouths that not sure how they will recover. Lots of people will be leaving and hearing a bunch of class actions lawsuits for USPH are already in the making. Good luck ! Karma will get them all!
