If they would have only had an early retirement package for the senior folks (me included), they could have saved a lot of people's aggravation and anxiety over layoffs. Give me a good package and I'd gladly go.

The HR people will block you. You will only be allowed when any benefits that you gave up to get to Kenvue won’t be accessible on a return to JNJ. Used to be 3 years ago after that your retirement calculations do not bridge and you are essentially a brand new JNJ employee.

While Kenvue hired people directly from Haleon like Tamara Rodgers without even a non-compete in place - or least one that can be enforced. Haleon had a lot more to lose in the self-care space versus Kenvue to lose with MK going over. Really bad … corrupt…and not people focused.
